Midwest Hormone Centers, LLC (formerly Genesis Health KC, LLC) was founded in 2015 by Theo Felts, M.D. Since its modest beginnings in Leawood, KS, the hormone treatment centers Overland Park practice has grown to become one of the region’s leading providers of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. We have multiple locations in the Kansas City area and are constantly evolving to improve and expand our natural, patient specific treatments. A simple internet search for hormone replacement providers in Kansas City will result in a significant amount of confusing, conflicting, and inaccurate information. Theo Felts, M.D.
Theo Felts, M.D. Owner of Midwest Hormone Centers, LLC, Midwest Pain Recovery Centers, LLC, and MediQuick Clinics of Kansas, LLC and many other hormone centers near KC. Dr. Felts is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has over 25 years of experience practicing in the areas of primary care, urgent and emergency care, wound care, bio-identical hormone replacement, and weight loss medicine. He also has over 10 years of experience using live human tissue products for the treatment of chronic medical conditions. His particular areas of interest are return to function as delivered through urgent care and restorative medicine, and the use of progressive medical treatments to achieve wellness goals. Dr. Felts received his undergraduate degree from DePaul University in Chicago and his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine.
When not treating patients at one of his Midwest restorative health clinics, Dr. Felts, a hormone specialist Kansas City, enjoys spending time with his family, particularly at Goat House CrossFit in Overland Park. He is a CrossFit Level 2 trainer and competitor and has participated in the CrossFit Games age group qualifiers, Granite Games, Fittest Experience, and Cascade Classic. Dr. Felts is the only CrossFit Physician providing direct patient care in the Kansas City area.
Kelli Docman, DNP, APRN
Convenience care and primary care, Overland Park. Kelli obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with minors in Chemistry and Mathematics from Norwich University in 2005. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2010, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Kansas School of Nursing in 2019. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Children’s Mercy Hospital for nine years, and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019.
Kelcey Dunworth, APRN
Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy , weight management, regenerative medicine, convenience care, Independence and Overland Park. Kelcey obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Saint Luke’s College of Health Sciences and spent the first six years of her career working as a registered nurse in labor and delivery. She also worked as a traveling nurse, completing assignments in both California and and Washington. Kelcey completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Rockhurst University in 2021, and is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has experience working in both hospital and urgent care settings. Kelcey helps our hormone doctor Kansas City and is passionate about her career and about improving her patients’ quality of life.
A. Nichole Dreiling, DNP, APRN
Bioidentical hormone replacement (BHRT Kansas City), weight management, convenience care, Lawrence. Nichole is a native Kansan, growing up in Wamego. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2013 and began her nursing career at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City. She completed her master’s degree from Saint Luke’s College of Health Sciences and Adult/Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification in 2020. Nichole then continued her career in St. Louis, where she worked as a hospitalist and neuro-medicine intensive care practitioner. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2023 from Fort Hays State University. Dr. Dreiling is a board-certified Adult/Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. When not providing exceptional care to her patients, Dr. Dreiling enjoys exercising, reading, and spending time with her husband and four daughters.
